The day before Pn Chan’s farewell, went out to OU to meet up with Eric so he could teach me some tips and tricks to using my 350D. But before that, had some time, so decided to take a few photos in my room.
Walked out of the house and took a few pics on the way to the bus stop:
No editing done on this one. It was partly cloudy behind me when I was taking this photo. 0.0
Got to One U, walked around for a bit, stoned, and waited for Eric to arrive, when he finally did, we were pretty darn hungry. We went to Wong Kok, got a table and after about 2 minutes, I decided that it was a little bit too pricey. So we walked out before the waiter who was going to take our order saw us. And we went to McDonald’s. Yum. Followed Eric to OneWorld hotel to help pick up something.
School on the left, Hanging out on the right.
Went to Rainforest to take a few pics Eric looks like he couldn’t hold it in. Ah well, giving back to nature’s a good cause don’t you think?
Tried to take a few pics of the waterfall but failed. I’ll need to repair dad’s old tripod in time for the Canon Camerathon this Saturday. (MAJOR UPDATE) Credits to Eric for this shot.
Ran around the ground floor till we reached the taxi stand, and waited for Eric’s dad to pick us up.
Nice flowers…which reminds me, I have to get some over the week.
Can anyone guess where this is? No?
If you got to SMKDU and you still don’t know where this is, epic fail man you.
Went to Eric’s house to get my lens cover cleaned and played a little Cod4 cos Eric was stark raving mad about his new graphics card. Sorry Eric, the graphics were a little too laggy for my tastes. LOL Followed him out to Kiara park after much thought.
A normal trip to the park would’ve taken only 10 minutes, turned into 30 mins what with all the jump shots and with the brain in the sky.
Credits to Eric for modelling.
Eric began complaining and scolding me for not asking him to bring his huge-ass lens to take this pic.
Finally got to Kiara Park and the first photos we take are of terrapins. Sad.
Personal note to self: Avoid bringing DSLRs to Kiara Park whilst wearing a funny t-shirt, jeans, and converse shoes you got for Christmas. You’ll look like a tourist. And another thing, the waterfall stinks. Not THAT bad, but it still stinks.Need to practice taking more photos of nature. Oh well, till the next post readers,
Au revoir.
