Well, to start off, who actually studied during this festive season?
Anyone?
If you did, kudos to you, if you didn't, good luck to you la. lol
Actually went out with Cher Haow just to study math.
Fail.
On Monday, followed parents to "The Old Chinatown" near Petaling Street.
Apparently there is good food in the city :)
The hallway was about as one and a half parking spaces, but it was long. Very long.
And it was packed with people.
Yong Tau Foo. Which is a little ironic cos there wasn't any tau foo inside. But it was good.
Heh, still prefer the one in Salak South.
My curry mee. No chicken :(
Basil's Pork Ball noodles. It had more meat than my mom's,dad's, and my noodles combined. =.=
Their ABC was pretty nice tho...
But their piece de resistance was their chee cheong fun. You'll never find chee cheong fun as smooth and silky as this one. It didn't matter if it had meat or not, it still tasted awesome.
Bought lemang in TTDI on the way back, and slept the rest of the day.
Then had roast lamb for dinner. OMG.
Went to Fara's the next day for a mini-open house. Yeah...don't ask me, ask her, lol.
Najwa and her mum. Still can't get over how much they look alike.
Looks more like a nyona open house rather than a raya one =.=
Raya cookies and treats...apparently they also have our CNY coconut cookies as Raya cookies too. Someone really has to copyright them soon.
Lol, it was small in size, but made up for it in fun.
From left back row: Fara's brother, Omar's friends (I forgot their names =.=), and Omar.
From left front row: Me, Fara, Najwa, Nana, and Wei Lun
And before the weekend started, picked up a little something from dad's office that's been lying around for some time.
Say hello to my new baby. Well, technically its not mine, but I'm in charge of it now. X)
Words are fast turning into pictures.
