Happy Merdeka!

Being the patriotic citizen I am, I stayed at home today and just hung out with Brian.
In the middle of the afternoon I had a stroke of genius!
I connected the laptop to the tv in my parents' room and we were able to watch Gundam 00.
IN HD.
Awesomeness.

We were hungry so we went to Popeye's in TTDI.
The chicken is the best I've ever eaten, hands down.

Yea. That's about it.
Perfect Merdeka stay-in holiday.
On a heavier note, who's ready for Sejarah tommorow, Moral the next day, and everything else that follows?

Not a day goes by where that question's not asked.

Veridis Quo.

Watched Up today.
It was seriously damn touching.
Kinda makes you think more about life and having no regrets.
Gah, just go watch the movie, I don't want to spoil it for you guys.

Desmond and Wei Lun came over just now, and were going to stay the night.
But, due to unforeseen circumstances, Desmond had to leave early.
Had an interesting evening though, watching more Stephen Chow movies and eating Mamee Duck Flavoured noodles with my special omellette.
We went to a nearby cyber cafe, played Left4Dead for a short while, and headed back to my place for short run-through of Bab 8 of Sejarah.

Now here I am sitting down, blogging, when I should either be sleeping, or studying more sejarah.
Maybe I'll go for a walk, the weather's just so damn nice right now.
It kind of clears your head a little.

It also helps get you off my mind a little.

Yat kor update

On so-called one week break.
Going to study my ass off.
Haven't done so since PMR. Speaking of which, good luck to all form 3s sitting for PMR.
Its a walk in the park compared to SPM.

Guess I'll update on a few things before trials in September.
This all happened throughout the week that's worth mentioning:

Saturday
Went shopping with mum and brothers
Got new jeans =D
Made dinner, nuggets and my special olio

Sunday
Went for the launching of some new condo and a food book in Kiaramas with the parents and Basil. They had sort of a food tasting...by the time we got there, all the kiasu people had taken all the good stuff =.=

Lasagna & German Sausages (dam salty.)

Asam Laksa

Chee Cheong Fun popiah with Wontons (it was cold....=.=)

Nasi Lemak

TOM YUM!!!! That was the best thing they had there....

Followed parents to the factory then it started to rain heavily
Gah dam bored....so took pics of the rain on the windshield

Monday
Went to school and most of the people I knew who went for MTV World Stage were falling sick.
Had to go to the dewan from the start of school till recess to learn stuff about Moral I already knew. (But I'm still not scoring any A's for it :P)
Went home and studied maths and B.m.

Tuesday
Having PJ for the last time before SPM. Assembly finished quickly, the PJ teacher was present, we got the ball, everyone was playing happily and it was turning out to be the best round of football we ever had.
Then came along a sad degenerate named Megat Nizar.
Those of you who've dealt with him before, go figure.
Lol he kena bully by all of us.
Went back to class and studied.
During tuition I created a new way of solving matrices!
Its called the human-cow cow-human method.

Wednesday
Skipped school to stay back and study.
Went to Curve (Not to LEPAK) and studied with Cher Haow in McD's.
Sat there a whole 3 hours straight studying B.M. and maths. 0.0
Randomly took pics of our mp3s.
Pn. Ho bumped into us, and even she was surprised.
After we were done, unwounded a little bit by playing pool in Cineleisure.
Never play pool while a couple of pau-tau (LOL) try singing Kelly Clarkson's Because of You.

Thursday
Trials started. SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT.
B.M. 2 was the first paper and I have no one else to thank except Pn. Noor Azrina. She rocks.
I'm going to miss the sun rising in the morning when we go to school. (Sad face)
everyone in exam mode

Babi....I know where you live lol (Fara if you're reading this, look at Lis's face)

Went home to study, and look who came to visit
RUFFLES!!!!!!

Friday
Maths 1 and Eng 2 today XD
Was totally prepped this time round for maths.
After school went to TTDI library and helped out a friend with Accounts...and soon after walked from there to Uptown for tuition.

Ah....finally updated.
I am dead tired....but I'm going to study.

Don't let me down,
you were made to go out and get her.

Its funny.

How this'll be the last Merdeka celebration in school for me and the rest of the Form 5's this year.
How this'll be the last time we'll be stuffed into our school's hot, stuffy hall. Not to mention how damn sandy the floor was.

How this'll be the last time we wave our nation's flag, singing songs and enjoying ourselves amidst all the trials and tribulations the world throws at us.

It felt a little more like a funeral march, what with this being the last time we'd be celebrating Merdeka in SMK Damansara Utama.
I used to hate being stuffed into the hall thinking I had better things to do rather than being in a large room full of impatient, bored, restless, noisy teenagers whilst being forced to sing songs that make our nation proud.
What can I say? It grows on you.
Funny ain't it?
How the things we hate the most become the things we miss the most.

The last period in class today was interesting.
Really interesting.
Pn. Paramjeet really knows how to get our attention.
She got us all to pack our bags even though the last bell of the day wasn't going to ring for another 30 minutes.
The whole damn class was confused, even its AJK B.I. (fara this is directed at you.)
Then she said we were going to be studying The Drover's Wife orally.
Laugh if you want.
Imagine if your Moral teacher came into class and told you to pack your bags and study moral orally?

Stayed back in school today for Program Sentuhan Minda (My mind still feel's the same...)
for Sejarah.
At first I thought we were going to be given lectures on the last few chapters but we were given a stack of papers thicker than the textbook itself full of questions from Bab 1 in form 4 till Bab 9 in form 5.
Today was just full of surprises.

After class, Desmond and I went to McD's for lunch.
We made it just in time, for the RM5.95 lunch and before the rain started.
Was so bored that I was randomising, talking about how certain pictures of food taken at certain angles can make you hungrier than ever.
See?
I wish I had a DSLR like eric....how cool would that be....

Its funny how maths makes more sense with vodka.

To a monkey who just turned 17.

Go die.
Nah, just go be 17.
You know who you are.
Apologies for the one-day-late post bro (sorry la...blame G.I. Joe...its was effing awesome)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CALVIN!!!

Went to school yesterday planning to do the usual wishing and what not to him but apparently Chin Wern had something in mind. Which was predictable.
They chose not to wish him and even though I did, we did come up with a little something just before it was time to go back.
The day went on as usual Fridays went, school work, homework, Megat (mofo), etc. etc.
When it was 8 minutes to 12.30, me and Fara went down to fill up a bucket with water.
Calvin didn't notice.
When we got back up and told the plan to all those involved, the look on their faces was priceless.
We filled up the bucket with paper, dust, and wood. (tasted good didn't it cal? :P)
Chin Wern and Katherine came up with an excuse to take a picture for Sivik project.
Just then, Naim did the honor of soaking our birthday boy....teehee.
It was pretty much half the bucket.
So whoever was caught, good luck to you on monday.
And if all of us do get caught,
two words.

G G

ah well, it was worth it.

Calling out to all readers!

TO GIVE ME IDEAS!
yes, you there, reading this post right now, leave a comment, say something in chatterbox, anything at all!
I want ideas from the most important people to this blog, you people, the readers, to give me ideas on a special post I'm preparing for the end of the year to sum up everything as this is the last year I'll be in school!
I'd especially appreciate anything contributed from DU students!
It'll be full of poems, pictures, words and stuff....basically I'll try to make it the longest post I've ever made!
But you all know the drill on the do's and don'ts for this blog and if you don't:
No over-18 ideas =.=
no spam
no messed up stuff (yes Eric if you're reading this, that means you.)
no emo (only nostalgia)

So what're you waiting for?
I'll be crediting you guys for your help too

;)
